Is there an age limit in the US for selling items online?
We are looking at setting up an online sales website, where anyone can list items for sale.
We need to know if there is a legal minimum age requirement for people to list their products and sell them.
I noticed that eBay requires a minimu age of 18 – so am wondering if this is required.
Any help would be appreciated.

Ebay is a private website and that is thier rule.
As long as someone has the proper business licenses, I don’t think there is any legal age req.
